These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Pension Calendar website  (“The Pension Calendar”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and subscription service. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About The Pension Calendar

The Pension Calendar is a subscription-based information service providing access to pension and savings industry events, tools and features including searchable listings, alerts, calendar integration and data export functionality.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into a binding contract to use this service.

2.2 By subscribing, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Subscription & Fees

3.1 Access to The Pension Calendar is provided on an annual subscription basis.

3.2 Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

3.3 Your subscription runs for a fixed term of 12 months from the date of payment unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

4. Renewal & Cancellation

4.1 Subscriptions may be set to renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4.2 You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

4.3 No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription term.

5. Access to Features & Download Entitlements

5.1 As part of an active subscription, members are granted access to The Pension Calendar’s features, which may include:

• Event search and filtering
• Event alerts and notifications
• Calendar integrations
• Exporting and downloading event data (e.g. spreadsheet downloads)

5.2 The export/download function is strictly limited to events occurring within the period covered by your active subscription.

5.3 If your subscription expires or is not renewed your access to and functionality within The Pension Calendar will cease.

5.4 Any data exported during an active subscription may be retained for your internal or personal use only, subject to the restrictions in these Terms.

5.5 We reserve the right to modify, restrict, suspend or withdraw features (including export and download functionality) at any time.

6. Permitted Use

6.1 The Pension Calendar is provided for your personal or internal business use only.

6.2 You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the content or data;
• Make The Pension Calendar available to non-subscribers;
• Use automated tools, scraping or data harvesting methods without our written consent.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All content, data, software, branding and materials on The Pension Calendar are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to access and use the service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Accuracy of Information

8.1 While we take reasonable care to ensure event information is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of listings.

8.2 Event details may change or be cancelled by organisers, and we are not responsible for such changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage arising from:

• Use of or reliance on The Pension Calendar;
• Inaccuracies or omissions in event data;
• Temporary unavailability of the service.

9.2 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

10.1 We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.

10.2 Upon termination or expiry, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease.

11. Changes to These Terms

11.1 We may update these Terms from time to time.

11.2 Any changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon publication.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
